We are looking for a highly motivated, result-driven relationship manager to actively seek out, engage and manage franchisees and customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to on-board new franchisees and customers to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
•Present, promote and convince the prospects to conversion using solid argument
•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•Reach-out to customer leads obtained from various sources through cold calling
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer accounts
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting account relationships
•Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
