Relationship Manager-Home loan sales

Driving Mortgage Finance business to achieve self and team’s productivity, and handling Mortgage products such as Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, NRP, and Balance Transfer through branches and Connector Channels
· Recruitment and training of Sales Executives
· Ensuring Productivity from each team member / DSA
· Need to balance COA via proper focus on business from DST
· Empanelment and training of DSAs and Connectors.Quarterly review of DSAs and Connectors and monthly review of executives. Ensuring pay outs to DSAs and Connectors on time.
· Establishing and managing Builder relationship and getting projects approved (APF).
· Organising sales activities and events.
· Cross selling through Magma fin corp. team.
· Focussing on customer service.
· Collection of PDDS.
