• Acquisition of new Authorized Person (AP) through various Sales Channels. networking, data base and references.
• Identify Retail and HNI clients from his/her own resources and ensure to establish relationship with the organization.
• Drive the channel business for the company. Identify Authorized Person new or existing from the open market and propose them with our competitive offers and introduce them to the company. Post introduction activate the said AP and ensure day to day servicing and increasing his/her business with us.
• Introduce AP which confirms with a fixed amount of revenue month on month for the company.
• Ensure that the clients and channel partners are absolutely satisfied with the services and commitments towards them. Ideally there should be no or minimal complaints or negative feedback from them.
• The co-ordination with operations department
