Job Description

• Channel Sales will be responsible for creating a robust Channel Partner and alternate channel network & increasing market penetration through them.
• He will be also responsible for achieving sales, customers, profits & fee income targets through channel partners for his designated area.
• The major challenges to this profile include building and controlling channel sales, enhancing the market share & retaining clients through them, maintaining channel efficiency & operational effectiveness.
• The critical skill sets required to meet these challenges are excellent communication & influencing skills, a strong local network, ability to resource new business, proactiveness, team orientation, high target & customer service orientation.
