Job Description

Hiring for Rental Executives for Leading Rental Property Website.

Job Location : Chennai.

Salary : 1.2Lacs to 2.5Lacs PA + Incentives + Food + Petrol Allowance.

Job Summary

Should be well-versed with the location of operation/work.
Should be having a 2 wheeler.
Android Phone or Laptop Must.
Possess strong communication skills in at least 2 of these 3 languages (English/Tamil/Hindi).
Shouldn’t have been unemployed in the last 3 months.
Should be well-groomeds.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Generate a Good lead and convert it into Rental Closure.
Shedule appointment and manage the customers for Site visit.
Close the Rental Deal with Tenant on behalf of LandLord.
To manage the delivery of the sales promotion.
