Main Responsibilities
• Lead generation through cold calling
• Provide support to the Director and Centre Head of the Institute ensuring best practices and efficient operation of the Counselling department
• Review files and records to answer general requests for information
• Monitor individual student progress throughout the institute application process
• Handle incoming inquiries and requests and prepare written responses to routine inquiries
• Educate students on appropriate interviewing techniques, self-assessment tools, and application writing techniques
• Compile records of office activities and maintain a database system; update and maintain databases on timely and accurately
• Attending Walk-Ins and convert them into leads
Experience
• Student Counselling, Tele-calling, tele-marketing, tele-sales, cold calling
