• Directly responsible for the company’s sales volume.
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
• Develop plans and sales strategies for generating business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
• Builds prospects for renewal/new business from the present client.
• Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Manage the use of budgets by managing the sales team(s), operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
• Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
• Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
