Responsibilities-
• Manage procurement for office and approve supply requisitions, maintaining supplies of stationery and other equipments
• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs e.g. A/Cs, maintain & replace office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc.
• Delegate work to administrative staff and look after the administrative issues
• Coordinating with other departments such as IT for other operational work.
• Handling Dispatch & Receipts of couriers, keeping their records in register. and also preparing MIS courier report, Maintenance of files
• Travel management ( Book the cab for staff whenever require, Hotel booking)
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Managing filing systems and petty cash
• General office administration work
