Job Description

? Qualification: PG – CA (Chartered Accounts), Graduation in B.Com.
? Experience: Minimum 0 to 1 Year
? CTC: 4.10 to 4.35 LPA (Including performance-based maximum incentive of 10%)
? Location: Ahmedabad (C.G. Road-Regional Office)
? Vacancy 02
? Bond Agreement: The candid has to sign one year bond with the company

Understand the sector/industry in which the company operates
Carry out in-depth analysis of the company’s financials, peer group comparison & indicate red flags for possible
accounting manipulation
Evaluate the corporate governance practices of the company within a given framework
Evaluate promoter credentials and other business interests
Understand the regulatory ambit in which the company operates and analyze various regulatory filings to verify
financials of the audited statement
Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities
