-Industrial R&D setup exp. on new product development- fibre, polymer, plastics
-In-depth understanding of polymers, fiber science, & relationship
between material structure & properties
-Expertise in translating customer requirement to product
requirement, Setup the experimental plan to characterize the
requirements & execute
-Hands-on expertise in fiber processing, characterization & textile processing
-Understanding & experience with quality tools, Six sigma, design of
experiments
-Ph. D. in Fibre Science/Material Science/Polymers/ Chemical Engg
-Generate & evaluate innovative ideas
-Interact with Customers & marketing to collect voice of customers VOC & use six sigma tools to convert the VOC into specific product targets
- Analyze data using statistical analysis techniques
-Supervise & troubleshoot scale-up trials.
-Write technical reports, publications & patents
