a) Vehicle Sales
1. Exhibit RE behavior code guidelines, exhibit deep understanding on auto industry especially 2-wheeler segment and of history of Royal Enfield & its product range
2. Receive all walk in queries in the store.
3. Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments
4. Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an RE
5. Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio
6. Facilitating test rides in store and at home/office
7. Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in use elements
8. Check for finance requirements, cross selling opportunities for gears and acccesories.
