1. Has a bachelor's degree in engineering.
2. 2+ years of real web application development using ROR. The application(s) should be in production and should provide references.
3. Has full Stack experience including data modeling and UI
4. Familiar with Heroku and Elastic Beanstalk
5. Can learn new tools/frameworks/technologies.
6. Can work independently with minimal guidance.
7. Active on GitHub.
8. Proactive and very responsive on all channels (phone, chat, email etc.) of communication.
9. Flexible hours
