Job Description

Sales Work order release
Sales Invoice preparation – B4 & A2
Filing of correspondence papers to concerned file
Sending dispatch documents
Sending dispatch intimation through mail
Follow up after sales for Statutory Forms- Quarter wise
Attending all incoming telephone calls
Updating sales register as well as Work order register
Excise work.
Preparation of Registers of sales.

Essential Skills

Should have minimum B.com graduate with at least 3 years of experience in back office and sales support.
Having knowledge of sales policies and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft office and ERP/SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
