Job Description

Role's & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Development Manager - Tied will be responsible for:
1) Building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity.
2) Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
3) Daily reporting of Achievements Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
4) Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities

Qualification: At least a graduate / 3 years Diploma after 10+2
Experience: Total experience of at least 2.5 years, out of which at least 1 year of sales experience is required (can be a front line seller). If MBA then at least 1 year of total experience in sales experience
Age: 23.5 & above
Locality age: Must be a local resident for at least 2.5 years within 60 kms radius and could reach the branch within 1 to 1.5 hour
