Pentair Thermal Management
•Interact with development teams, configuration teams, various technical support teams, and business stakeholders to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.
•Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade and testing services for new projects and on-going maintenance for SAP environments
•Assist with SAP Archiving activities
•Support SAP related 3rd party software such as; ControlPanel, Vertex, Gentran, Esker, Paymetric, SAP GUI
•Troubleshoot and resolve problems and performance issues relating to SAP R/3, SRM, SCM, BW, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal and interoperability with existing network and system landscape
•Work closely with SAP Functional Team Leads to ensure complete and coordinate enhancements to company's enterprise-wide SAP products implementation
•Maintain Sarbanes Oxley procedures and sustain compliance
