Job Description

At least five years of relevant industry experience. 4 to 8 years of experience in SCCM. Operational outsourcing experience. Global Customer remote management experience. Team player: Ability and willingness to motivate and support others. Excellent customer handling and presentation skills. Excellent spoken and written English proficiency. Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting and Documentation skills. Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization. Willing to work on 24X7 rotational shifts. SCCM2007 and SCCm2012, ITIL V3 Foundation certified are preferable.
