1.Housekeeping- To maintain proper housekeeping at site with the help of dedicated persons.
2. Daily Tool Box / Induction Training - There should be daily tool box talk prior to start work on every day and induction training for new employees who comes to join the site. Maintain the records of the same.
3. Work Permit System- Strictly follows the permit system for each work. If for any specific work/ activity permit is not available, prepare the format of permit for that activity/ work.
4. Daily workplace/ site Inspection/ audit- Inspect the workplace daily and find out the unsafe conditions. If any unsafe condition is there, make it safe for working.
5. Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions- While doing daily inspection at site, observed the unsafe acts performed by workers. I
