* Attending travel related queries thru calls, emails and online chats;
* Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional customer service.
* Assist clients with information on destination, local knowledge, visa related details and airline related details.
* Offering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, car hire, travel insurance and other travel related services.
