1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information daily.
2. Maintain Daily Attendance report of sales team by cross checking of DSR and GPRS tracking system or by cross checking of visits by telephonic call.
4. Collect Daily DSR (Daily Sales Report) from individual sales person and compile in Excel or software and sent it to the immediate superior.
5. Cross verify the sales person by the use of DSR or GPRS tracking System.
6. Individual sales person’s performance report prepares.
7. Every day collect the product wise sales order details from the individual sales person / territory In-charge and compile the same. As well as ensure timely delivery of products.
8. Prepare and maintain the list of All distributor
