Role of SDM:
He have ho recruit a team of 7 to 8 persons in a year on his contact's or network basis who will work with him as an insurance advisors on commission basis or on Off roll basis.
The SDM have to generate the company's business and have to achieve the company's annual target of 5.2 Lac. There will be no monthly target. After achieving the company's annual target, the company will give Promotions i.e. from SDM to BDM (Business Development Manager).
CTC will be of 1.80Lac i.e. monthly salary will be Rs. 15000 and after some kind of deductions i.e. Provident Fund and some other benefits, he will get Rs 13,000 in hand+Incentives.
