Job Description

1 Infrastructure planning ,warehouse, vehicles and manpower
2 Setting Clear volume target by each SKU to Distributors for the Year & each Month
3 Track & monitor progress on weekly basis
4 Structuring and restructuring of routes as per Demand and season
5 Tracking measure & problem solving by maintaining system like TSB,EP,work with
6 Conduct at least 2 work with each PSR and RA. and provide them feedback by coaching
7 Communicate scheme and other marketing programme to distributor’s and team
8 Check claims submitted by Distributor’s
9 Manage stock level of distributor’s Brand pack wise
10 driving Volume and growth in territory
