Position: Sales Executive
Location: Thane

Job Description:

A.Giving product presentations to new HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.

B.Responsible to deal with large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate products.

C.Responsible for revenue and collections.

D.Responsible for networking with major industry players, identifying the corporate clients

E.That could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision Makers and getting business for the organization.

F.Required to be constantly updated with the domestic and 2nd home real estate markets.

G.Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.

H.Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products
