Job Description


• Handling of inquiry Achieve Sales targets decided for the region.

• Developing Business plan.

• Co-ordination with all Dealer/Indirect customers/ Sales Team in HO.

• To collect relevant standards, drawings, any other required
information from customer and handover to concerned department.

• Monitoring of customer satisfaction performance.

• Reporting to Sr. Manager Sales in case of any issues related to
inquiry, customer feedback..

• To maintain inquiry log register.

• To review customer requirements and communicate the same to all concerns.

• Send weekly reports to Sr. Manager Marketing on the start of each week.

• Visiting customers of the region for the purpose of business growth.
