Job Description

• Lead the entire sales initiatives within the allocated territories from planning, developing and execution of the decided strategies
• Managing end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.
• Appointing & Managing a team of ASM /S.E , Distributor’s , Dealer’s for MBO’s all across your territory as per company norm’s.
• Appointing & Managing SIS as per company norm’s.
• Sourcing & Appointing franchise’s for brands EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS OUTLETS as per standard norm’s & with-in the specified time frame.
• Achieving Monthly / Quarterly / Annually Mutually set Sales & Collection target’s from your allocated territory through team of ASM / S.E.
• Supervising complete operations to achieve the business goals, operating profits & cost efficiencies
• Be the brand ambassador for the company
