Job Description

1. Manage the sales of the entire region given – including domestic and export
2. Develop existing distributors by assisting them in growing business
3. Collect feedback of existing products and market requirement for new products
4. Add building blocks to business by adding new distributors and ensuring timely delivery schedules
5. Oversee the P&L of the region allotted by managing expenses and proper payment collection schedules
6. Manage existing client relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, distributors, exporters and retail chains
7. Grow the business by conducting sampling sessions in order to create product awareness
8. Manage the team of sales executives by providing them with necessary guidance and vision to accomplish targets
