Job Description

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Meet sales, revenue and expenses expectations

At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager with an established track record of meeting sales targets and running extensive sales campaigns in the retail consumer segment
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Candidates must have an MBA degree
