Job Description

Distribution of clients and Sources into team

Morning Hurdel, Evening Feedback meeting with team and making

records of it

BSR (Business Sourcing Record) Maintainance, which include Daily

Call Report (DCR), Source Visit Report (SVR), Source Data

Management (SDM), Lead Generation Record (LGR) , Builder Sales

Analysis Report (BSAR) etc

Making proper records of team BSRs and Business and as well

preparing the team performance analysis report (TPAR) every month


Team building, Team developing, Team Mentoring

Client Meeting, Channel Partner Meeting and Sources meeting with

subordinates at regular intervals

Clients and source meeting with team

Builder Visits to convert them into sources or channel partners

Revenue generated through direct sourcing will be added into the

net retained revenue earned by the team for his profitability
