Job Description

Responsibility
• Successfully Involved in Launching then new product.
• Conducting Monthly Meetings with Sub-ordinates to review the Performance and guiding them to improvise their skills.
• Conducting Distributors Meet.
• Involved in Planning Annual Targets .
• Involved in Decision Making with Higher Authorities .
• Report Generation for fortnightly, weekly, monthly, Annually sales ,Expenses, Product Movement Analysis etc.

• Understanding of In-store Growth Levers
• Knowledge & understanding of Retail & Shopper led initiatives including promotions, visibility, new products & pricing, Negotiation & Customer Management skills.
• High levels of initiative & visible energy.
• In the long-term, member can look forward to growing into leadership positions within Sales across Divisions.
• Identified and appointed new channel partners
