Job Description

1) Meeting volume & value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time & policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network & staff.

2) Planning, implementing & monitoring all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory. Responsible for a product launch in the given market.

3) Sales Forecasting SKU wise for his/her territory & support the production team for correct production planning.

4) Active participation in efficient distributor’s appointment, achieving primary, secondary objectives, collections, market mapping, route/beat coverage plan & root level supervising to ensure the desired productivity.

5) Responsible for planning & executing BTL activities & visibility norms across the territory.

6) Regular & timely reporting along pre-defined formats to reporting manager.

7) Lead from the front to drive & motivate
