OBJECTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handling team of 15-20 agents
• Generating sales out of them also close monitoring team performance on daily basis.
• Guiding and motivating agents
• Client Interaction for Resolution in case of Queries & Escalation.
• Roster Management
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE 4-7 years of total experience and 2 years as a Team Leader
QUALIFICATION Graduate
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience in International Sales Process.
COMPETENCIES • Good Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain Highest level of confidentiality
• Strong problem solving skills, effective decision making skills
• Quick Learner
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to prioritize and produce quality results.
• Local candidates preferred.
