3. Adept in conducting Class room as well as pratical training in Retail Lab or On the job trainining
4. knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies to drive exeperential learning as per different audience profile
.Graduate with 3 years plus experience and MBA with experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.1. Minimum 2 years experience in Store operations at supervisory level and atleast 1 year experience as retail trainer
