Experienced in Managing both Projects and OPEX …can provide guidance & supervision
Knows the broader benchmarks for various sub streams of Facilities ( such Engineering, House Keeping , Travel etc.) and has demonstrated continuous improvement in all streams
Understands proven improvement frameworks such as Lean,
Maintain Fine balance between Customer Satisfaction & Cost Control and achieve progress on both fronts
Creating common Goals and work process for various categories of work to perform as one team
Proven Program Management skills of creating
