Job Description

Must have experience in construction of township or residential projects as he will be involved in direct sales, channel sales & institutional sales as well.
Excellent in communications skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, presentations skills
Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of real estate residential projects
Candidate should have good experience in direct sales, channel sales & institutional sales as well. He will be involved in Appointing new prospective channel partners, IPCs & carry out vendor management.
Based on the Management Directive, work out a Sales Plan (Project Phasing and Pricing) and projected Cash Flows.
Implement the Sales Plan for each of the projects
Facilitate the closing of Deals along with the SeniorsProactively establish a system and carry out an ongoing projects.
