• Handling the prospects sales/services enquires received through phone calls, emails & letters.
• Sending promotional Emails/Letters to potential prospects.
• Handling internal/ External Sales Inquiry and generating new enquires from the customer
• Preparation of BOM and submission of quotation and closing an order with the client
• Service existing Accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
• Submits quotations by referring to price lists and product literature
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint’s, and Outlook) would be a added advantage
