Job Description

US shift w/h five days working. No pick&drop facility at this moment.Candidates residing in Gurgaon/willing to relocate are preferred.This is not a team supervision profile, you need to perform individually.
Attend client calls&responding to client enquiries&email
Resolve complaint tickets of client/online tutors or assign it to concerned department
Educate customers on services tht company offers
Train clients/new employees on iTutor technology thru webinars
Handle chat support within working hours&reply to those received offline
Ensure customer satisfaction via live chat,e-mail&telephone
Min. 3 yrs exp. servicing US customer on calls&resolving issues remotely
Excellent interpersonal&communication skills
Multitasker in multidiscipline/crossfunctional team
Must have sharp analytical skills&confidence to deal w/h unexpected problems faced on calls w/h customers
