. To complete the all statutory requirement related to recruitment process.
. Screening of CVs received from direct or through hiring agencies
. To maintain the database of candidates interviewed for future reference
. Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources departments.
. Designing and expanding training and development programmers based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
. Preparation of training calendars as per requirement
