Job Description

Domain Required
• Accounts Payable
• Employee Reimbursement
• General Ledger

• Support AP invoice scanning and record retention
• Response to queries related to AP, AR, ER and GL
• GL Posting, account adjustment
• Notification to employee - Process change, accounting rate, manual, web update, JV, Invoice cutoff date etc
• Support Employee Reimbursement process for local ER guideline
• Establishes and maintains relationship with Controllership and business partners to guide and influence decision-making
• Provide reports and documentation on the request from controllership, Tax etc
• Active support on Internal/External audit

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor degree major, accounting/finance
• 3-6 years working experience
• Good understanding of general/local financial knowledge
• Fluent speaking and writing skill in English
