1. Recruitment:
Coordination with recruitment consultants for open positions
Salary negotiation with candidates
2. On boarding & Exit formalities:
Conduct Orientation program for new joinees
Ensure clearance formalities is completed at the time of exit
Ensure F&F is processed timely and without errors
Conduct Exit Interviews
3. Payroll Management:
Ensure that payroll is processed on time and without any error
Attend to salary related inquiries from employees
4. Compliance:
Ensuring compliance for all branches
5. Organization Development:
Review of existing policies and formulation of new policies
6. Employee Engagement:
Organize various events for the employee
7. Administration:
Day to day administration of Housekeeping and Security staff
Vendor Management
Coordination with Travel desk
