Job Description:
This position is responsible to assist the Deputy Manager- Human Resources in the capacity of a generalist HR professional. The candidate should be self driven and willing to learn new dimensions. Must have excellent communication and listening skills. Candidate must be capable of handling Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities –
Conducts and coordinates the recruitment/selection process including liasoning with consultants, screening applications, interviewing and assessing candidates for suitability.
Administers the interview process with functional managers. Conducting employment reference checks, supporting in releasing offers and on-boarding for both FTEs and Contractual staff.

Qualifications:
• Full time MBA / MHRM (Specialization in HR)
• 3-3.5 Years of experience in a generalist role in reputed organization
