•Responsible for customer life cycle management, Collection, churn, bad debts, process compliance, activation, revenue enhancement, service delivery, service assurance, channel management & customer satisfaction
•Drive for results - Finding solutions to problems despite constraints, setting priorities, setting high performance standards.
•Leading team of 30 members , handling 40 Channel partners and 110 Distributors
•Managing 27% of Circle post paid and 25% of circle prepaid base. Billing contribution 28% for the circle
•Trade satisfaction by visit and ensuring solutions
•Relationship building and regular audit across all segment
