Job Description

• Training need identification for the entire telesales team
• Organize/conduct regular training programs to skill the telesales team
• Class room training programs on people/skill development of Tele Sales Force
• Calibrate tele sales scripts on the basis of business need and priorities.
• Managing Call quality by constant scrutiny of calls made by the team.
• Need based interventions to enhance tele productivity.
• Liaison with Content Development team and external vendor for need based effective training programs
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
• Post Graduate
• Insurance/Financial Sector – Outbound Tele Sales Training specialization
• 6-8 years in sales training and development
• Proficiency in English, Hindi (or one regional languages)
