Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field as F&B Manager
Should have a bachelors degree minimum preferably in the hospitality industry. Masters is an added advantage.
Specialized prior experience in South Indian cuisine and other cuisine experiences would be an added advantage
Should possess excellent catering and food preparation skills
Should possess excellent People Management, Planning, Foster Teamwork, Customer Service oriented, Self-Motivated, Energetic, Multitasking, Resolving Conflict, Verbal Communication skills
