Job Description

1 Appointing distributors/super distributors to achieve primary and secondary sales volume with full coverage of their area/territory.
2 Achieving the sales targets & generating the demand & taking orders from the new and existing stores
3 Ensuring the regular follow up on sales orders, stock delivery, 4) availability and proper display
5 Making daily reports & trackers (daily sales report, weekly report etc).
6 Identifying market opportunities and an operational model to execute.
7 Increasing productive outlets per beat & regular market feedbacks
8 Monitoring competitive activities & react with speedy action plans
9 Maintaining business & good relations with distributors
10 Month-end closing with distributors and tracking the payment collection and stock
11 Regular Physical Audit check at Distributor / Store
12 Promotion planning, handling sampling activity & other promotions
