Senior Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities: control &oversee site related activities. independently plan, design, find man power, select materials, suppliers and check fitness of materials, etc. Will be working to build housing colonies (indv. houses) on time and cost basis. Time & quality to the satisfaction of buyers of houses. profile include designing, estimates, drawings, material management, strength of material, labour and man power mgmt , resource scheduling and such activities in housing colony scratch to end delivery. Related record MIS is mandatory.
Requirements: Engg Graduate /PG with a min10 yrs exp./ 5 yrs housing construction. Update on Industry & mat strength & utilization is the key exp. in AutoCad (2D&3D),such Engg.Software skills mandatory.
Compensation : Free Accommodation at the site / local area. PF, ESI etc.,after probation 6monrhs.. quote expctd sal in application
