Job Description for the post of Service Advisor :
1) Ensure Speedy Maintenance & Repair through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate repair order preparation
2) Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity
3) Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (Seat Covers, Floor Mats, etc.)
4) Provide Clear Cost Estimate & Keep Customers informed of work progress
5) Monitor the work progresses and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times.
6) Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges
7) Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealers service and parts departments to all customers
8) Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time
