Job Description

* Responsible for remote & onsite IT Application Managed Services, working in global culture and managing multiple teams in various technical domains to meet defined SLAs, collaboration with practices and stakeholders.
* Productivity improvement on repeatable tasks, process improvement and Escalation management, tracking and reporting
* Preparing and publishing snapshots / dashboards on key performance indicators on account health and individual performance in team.
*Experience of managing client engagement & communication, presenting solutions, engagement of business stakeholders for developing & delivering business solutions.
*Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
Site visits, payment follow-up, AMC renewals, service delivery, handling IT infrastructure, providing network solutions,etc
