Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 yrs Hands-On experience in Desktop/Laptop, LAN, WAN Support.
->Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
->Good communication skills
->Receiving end user calls
->Providing first level resolutions(Voice & Remote Support)
->Creating/ Categorizing/ Prioritizing Tickets
->Escalating tickets to respective Support groups
->Performing incident resolution and recovery
->Closing tickets
->Updating Knowledge Solutions/ KEDB
->Updating Asset database
->Reporting
Monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents
Supporting Application Tickets based on available SOPs/scripted resolutions
Qualification: B.Sc/BE/Diploma in Electronics/Communication
