Job Description

1. Day to day management of Operational issues – Especially Complaints & Break downs.
2. Everyday tasks / assignments distribution to engineers & technicians, their effective & efficient time utilization.
3. Schedule the AMC + Warranty preventive maintenance visits & execute the same in time.
4. Monitor & Control Safe & Good Working practices on the field.
5. Minimize down time of parkers & resolution of complaints – as fast as possible.
6. Find root causes of the complaints and take / suggest remedial measures to avoid recurrence.
7. Train the technicians to carry out servicing jobs as per the check lists of parkers.
8. Minimize costs & expenses & consumption of spares.
9. Management Information System (MIS)& participation in weekly reviews.
10. Customer Relationship Management, BUILD excellent rapport with all the customers.
