Job Description:-

Creation of Carry-In Repair, Closing Repair,

Assembling, De assembling, Diagnosing and Take a Part all kind of Mac portable systems.

Repair as per guidelines with all ESD precautions.

Troubleshooting the Mac products, Ipad & other gadgets.

Identifying the Mechanical/physical damages with help of VMI and LCI. Good knowledge of all diagnostics test Like- AST, AHT, ASD, MRI, BSD, etc.


Aware about the ACSE Score, PPR, FTF, REPTAT, KBBTAT & C-SET Ability to identify and resolve all errors found within a Macintosh system and application.

Installation and Troubleshooting the Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), 10.6 (Snow Leopard), 10.7 (Lion), 10.8 (Mountain Lion) 10.9 (Mavericks) and iOS

Maintenance of all service orders, requests & paper work
