• Ensures that service levels are meeting the defined needs and ensures appropriate action is being taken when they are not
• Coordination with the team in all aspects of work flow
• Coordination and assist with COO in all matters of importance
• Coordination with the faculty members and students
• Documentation of the whole startup process
• Traction on every step of the startup process from the students
• Periodic performance evaluation of the team
